Watercolor…

Here is a sample of a watercolor I did of these sweet sisters! Printed on watercolor paper with torn edges makes a great piece of art! We can also make note cards, or print smaller as gifts for the grandmas!

Top 20 – Twins…

I’ve photographed these two at their school for about three years.  This year they invited me into their home and we had a great time playing.   I spent time with each in their own room and captured some beautiful portraits.  Then we went to a lake beside their house.  We played tag and shared lots of  giggles.  This is a portrait that I painted as a watercolor. What I like the most about this is that when I gave it to their mom she had tears in her eyes! She said even from the back, it so perfectly captured the image of how she sees her children and it was exactly what she wanted!  It was a 20×30 and looked stunning!

I did this watercolor for a sweet family I’ve known for a while from New Albany. Ella Leigh is so precious – can you believe her eyes are really that blue!  The sweet blue bonnet really makes them shine!

Watercolor Samples

Watercolors are digital paintings – I actually go in and make every stroke with a digital paintbrush – held just like a real one!  It isn’t a simple affect done with just a click of a button!  It is a true piece of art!  After painting, it is printed with watercolor inks on watercolor paper.  The edges are torn, and you will mount it on top of a mat so the edges can show.  It will need to be framed behind glass.  You can order multiple copies of the same painting in different sizes, or we can even use them as your Christmas Cards!!
